Felt fine today. Worked okay throughout the day, still sleeping consistently 7-8 hours a night and waking up relatively easily in the morning. A juicing primer.
I’ve had some requests for some of the information I’m basing this juice fast on. I am aiming to get between 32 and 64 ounces of pure juice each day, not counting dilution with water or ice, with a mix of fruits and veg and at least 1/3 of it green.
