Day six.
Going strong, and much less hungry today. Made a point to drink more water throughout the day, especially in the heated Federal building. I’m finding that my limbs are falling asleep randomly. This is really, really disturbing. My carpal tunnel is acting up, and my weird shoulder pain is about the same as yesterday — nagging, consistent, but not terrible. Also, more muscle spasms. In conclusion, what the fuck is this shit? I don’t like it.
Breakfast drink: one banana ($.25) + six strawberries ($1). Delicious, as always.
Snacks: a coffee with soymilk around 1 p.m. ($1.50) and an apple ($.50) and a tablespoon of peanut butter when I got home from work around 5.
And then, well, I skipped dinner. I got busy and then I got tired. I’m really not cut out for going to bed before midnight and getting up at 7 — I usually have dinner around 9 or 10 and go to bed closer to 2. I guess I’m lucky to have that luxury.
